The Effect of PGE_2 etc on the Formation of T-Cell Colonies and Rosettes in Human

报告了PGE_2、组织胺、乙酰胆碱和去甲肾上腺素对健康人外周血T细胞集落和T细胞玫瑰花环(总T和活性T花环)形成的影响。结果表明,PGE_2(1μg)、组织胺(10^(-6)mol/L)、去甲肾上腺素(1μg)在体外对T细胞集落形成和T细胞玫瑰花环形成有抑制作用;而乙酰胆碱(1μg)对T细胞集落形成有促进作用。并对体液因素等有关问题进行了探讨。

The effect of PGE_2, histamin (HA). acetylcholine (ACh) and norepinephrine (NE) on the formation of T-cell colonies and T-cell rosettes in peripheral blood of healthy persons have been investigated. It is found that the formation of T-cell colonies and T-cell rosettes are significantly suppressed by PGE_2 (1μg), HA (10^(-6)mol/L), and NE (1μg), and the formation of T-cell colonies is greatly enhenced by ACh(1μg)in vitro. Problems concerning humoral factors are dissussed.
