摘要 以甲醇和叔丁醇为原料,在稀硫酸催化下,加热脱水合成甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE).产物结构经核磁共振鉴定证实。本法与其他方法比较,具有产率高,产物易纯化和操作简单等优点,尤其适用于医学科研中少量 MTBE 的合成.本文还对反应机理,条件及副反应等有关问题进行了讨论。 Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) Was prepared by heating and de- hydration of methanol and tert butyl alcohol with dilute sulfuric acid as catalyst.The structure of the product was confirmed with nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).Compared with others,this method has advantages of high yield,easy purification of product and simple proc- dure and is particularly fit for the synthesis of small amount of MTBE which some medical researches need.The mechanism and conditions of the reaction as well as side reactions were also discussed in this paper.
