性激素放射免疫测定质量控制的回顾分析

Quality Control of Sex Hormone RIA in the Recent Two years

系二年来用%B。、%NSB、ED_(50)、取代比值、%CV、计数误差(2σ)、标准剂量测得值与给定值的偏差及精密度图(P、P、)等质控指标,对人体睾酮(T),雌二醇(E_2)、雌三醇(E_3)三种性激素 RIA 进行质量控制所得结果的回顾性分析报告。结果说明,这些指标对分析质量的监测都是必需的,特别是 p.p.,它不仅是监测结果可靠性的一项非常直观有效的指标,而且也是评价试剂盒质量的重要依据,并推荐了一种“前质控”的方法。

This is a retrospective analysis of quality control of three sex horm- ones(testosterone,estradiol,estriol)with radioimmunoassay in the recent two years.%B。%NSB,ED50,ratio of displacement,%CV,counting error(2σ),difference between the standard doses of determined and known value,and precision profile(p.p)have been used as Q.C.index.It is considered that these indexes are necessary especially the P.P.for monitoring the performance.Our results show that the P.P.is not only a very effective and objective index for monitoring the reliability of the assay,but also an important basis for evalueting the quality of the RIA kit.
