摘要
报告了江西稀土镧(La^(3+))对小鼠肝脏枯否氏细胞吞噬功能的影响。实验组经尾静脉注射氯化镧溶液40μmol/kg;对照组注射等量生理盐水。从碳粒廓清试验,光镜和电镜观察的结果表明,静脉注射氯化镧以后24小时,显著抑制网状内皮系统的吞噬活性和抑制肝脏枯否氏细胞的吞噬功能。
Effect of lanthanum chloride on Kupffer-cell phagocytosis was stud- ied in mice.Lanthanum chloride was injected i.v.at a dose of 40umol/Kg body wt.to determine the phagocytic activity of the reticuloendothelial system,on day 2 of the experiment,animals received India ink,therea- fter the carbon concentration in blood was determented and calculated. The results showed that the carbon clearance and phagocytic index in mice receiving Lacl_3 were significantly lower than those of the control (0.028±0.016:0.046±0.014 and 5.58±1.54:7.22±1.59).Under light mi- croscope,the number of Kupffer-cells containing carbon particles in mice treated with Uacl_3 was lesser than in the control animals(9.8±4.76:29± 16.85,mean of 5 visual fields).Electron-microscopic investigation show- ed that in the control mice the carbon particles gathered within the cyt- oplasmic vacuoles of Kupffer-cells,but very few in the experimental group.These results demonstrate that the reticuloendothelial blockade in- duced by lanthanum chloride is primarily due to depression of the phag- ocytic activity of Kupffer cells.
