摘要
报道3例女性假两性畸形患者,均为单纯男性化型,系21-羟化酶缺陷所致,先天性肾上腺皮质增生引起。并综合了国内报道的49例,对该症临床表现及诊断、治疗作了讨论。
Three cases of female pseudohermaphroditism are presented.All of them are simple virilism with 21-hydroxylase deficiency caused by con- genital adrenal hyperplasia.In this article,49 cases reported in our cou- ntry are synthesized and their clinical manifestations,diagnosis and trea- tment have been discussed.
