氯烯雌酚醚对继发闭经妇女性腺轴功能的影响

Effect of pilulae Chlorotrianiseni on Gonadal Function in Women With Secondary Amenorrhea

选择24例继发闭经妇女。其中,卵巢早衰7例;下丘脑性闭经9例;多囊卵巢综合征8例。所有患者均用氯烯雌酚醚(泰舒)治疗。于治疗前、后,作黄体释放激素垂体兴奋试验;用放射免疫法测促卵泡素、黄体牛成素、血清促乳素、雌二醇。结果提示,泰舒有类似甾体雌激素样的正负反馈效应。其作用与血清雌二醇水平有关。

Twenty two women suffering from secondary amenorrhea(including 7 with premature gonadal failure,9 with hypothalamic amenorrhea,8 with polycystic ovarian syrduome)had received pilulae chlorotrianiseni treatment.After and before the treatment,all patients were given LRH—A to test the capacity of the pituitary to respond to LRH—A.Serum FSH,LH,E_2,PRL were assessed by RIA.The result suggests that pilulae chlorotrianiseni Possesses had positive and negative feedback effect,on hy- pothalamioc-pituitary,similsr to steroid estradiol,and it's effect is related to serum estradiol level.This article provides theoretic basics for clinical application of pilulae chlorotrianiseni.
