垂体催乳素瘤的X线诊断

X-ray Diagnosis of pituitary Prolactionoma

10例垂体催乳素瘤患者,X 线检查发现:5例微小腺瘤,蝶鞍不大,骨质形态异常;5例大腺瘤,蝶鞍显著增大,呈典型鞍内占位性改变。气脑造影显示交叉池分离上移4例。延长注射脑血管造影1例显示为鞍内垂体前叶区肿瘤染色。就垂体催乳素瘤的早期诊断和鉴别进行了初步探讨。

X-ray findings of 10 cases of prolactinomas are presented in this paper.In the five microadeno- mas,the size of the sella was within normal range,but bony and shape abnormalities could be demon- strated.In the five macroadenomas,the sellas were markedly enlarged and showed typical changes of intrasellar occupying lesion.Separation and elevation of the chiasmatic cisterns were noticed in peu- moencephalograms in four cases,with prolonged injection angiography (PIA),tumour brush was found in the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland in one case of microadenoma.Finally ,the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pituitary prolatinoma are discussed.
