正常成人心率变化规律的探讨

A Discussion on the Rule of Change of Heart Rate in Normal Adults

71例正常成人,年龄在24～74岁。其中,高年组(≥50岁)25例,低年组(<50岁)46例;男性42例,女性29例。均进行 Holter 心电图观察,发现高年组平均最低心率比低年组高,女组比男组高;男组最低心率出现时间比女组略早。睡时平均最低心率比醒时慢,且波动幅度比醒时明显变小,其幅度与性别、年龄无关。平均心率以1～3月和10～12月时偏高。71例睡时最低心率正常值95%上限为66次/min,下限为41次/min;醒时上限为76次/min,下限为50次/min。认为病理性窦性心动过缓,睡时应低于41次/min,醒时应低于50次/min。

This article studies the rule of change of heart rate by analysing Holter monitor ECG of 71 cases of normal adults,we find:(1)The average minimum heart rate (AMHR) is correlated with age and sex,i.e.the AMHR in high age adults is higher than that in males;(2) The appearance time of the AMHR in most male adults is earlier than that in female adults;(3) There is obvious difference be- tween sleeping and consciousness on the AMHR;i.e.the former is lower than the latter,but there is no difference in two age groups;(4) The range of change of the minimun heart rate in consciousness is more obvious than in sleeping,but this range of change is not related to age and sex;(5) The AMHR in every season is different.Both the first season and the fourth season are the highest;(6)The mini- mum heart rate in sleeping is 41 to 61 beats Per minute and that in Consciousness is 50 to 76 beats per minute (95 persent confidence limit).There—fore,we think that the heart rate of pathological sinus bradycardia is Under 41 beats/min.in sleeping and is 50 beats/min.in consciousness.
