离体牙充填材料密合性能的扫描电镜观察

摘要 用离体牙制备窝洞,分别用四种材料充填;另作光固树脂前牙唇面覆盖;以酚醛树脂液作根管牙髓塑化,然后以扫描电镜观测剖面之界面缝隙宽度和结合状态。发现其密封性能依次为银汞合金、羧聚陶瓷、酚醛树脂、光固树脂、磷酸锌粘固粉、玻璃离子粘固粉。临床仍应选择以银汞合金为后牙永久性充填材料,前牙充填和美容可选择Co--1和国产光固树脂。本实验支持酚醛树脂作牙髓塑化治疗具有良好疗效。在使用各种充填材料时均应严格注意操作规程以利发挥材料之最佳性能。 On extracted teeth, four materials were used for filling the dental cavities prepared, visible light--cured composite-- resin for covering the labial surface of the anterior teeth,and liquid phenol--formaldehyde resin for root pulp resinfying. The teeth were then sectioned for observing the linking status and measuring the width of the gap between these materials and the teeth by scanning electron microscopy. In order of the quality of adaptation, they are silver amalgam, polycar- boxylate cermic, phenol--formaldehyde resin, visible light--cured composite--resin, phcophate--zinc cement and glass ionomer cement. Clinically,it is best to use silver amalgam as permanent filling material,and co--1 and visible light-- cured composite--resin made in our country may be selected for the anterior teeth filling and aesthetic purpose. Liquid phenol formaldehyde resin has good effect for resinfying therapy from this experiment. It is suggested that rules of opera- tion should be strictly noted in using the dental materials in order to give full play to their best function.
