胃肠道类癌(附7例报告)

Carcinoid Tumor of Gastrointestinal Tract (with a Report of 7 Cases)

报告7例胃肠道类癌,均经术后病理证实。其中,幽门侧根治性胃大部分切除术3例;根治性全胃切除1例;回肠间侧侧吻合1例;未找到原发病灶2例。健存10年以上1例,2年2例;存活5年2例;2例姑息手术均于6个月内死亡。类癌多发生在阑尾和肠道,本组胃类癌最多。

A review has been made on seven cases of carcinoid tumor of gastrointestinal tract. Postoperative diagnosis in all cases was confirmed by pathpology. In 3 patients,distal curative subtotal gastrectomy was performed. One patient underwent curative total gastrectomy and another side to side anastomosis of ileum. 2 cases were svuspected metastatic carcinoid by pathologists but the primary lesion could not be found. 1 patient survived for over 10 years, 2 for 2 years and 2 for 5 years. 2 patients underwent palliative treatment died within 6 months. It was known that careinoids occurred in appendix and in- tinal tract frequently while in our series gastric carcinoid was the most frequent occurrence.
