摘要
报道肝外胆管损伤12例,其中11例为胆囊切除术后,1例为十二指肠球部溃疡出血行胃大部切除术后发生。并就肝外胆管损伤的诊断,治疗和预防进行了讨论。
Twelve cases of postoperative extrahepatic biliary tract injuries have been reported. A- mong them, 11 cases occurred after cholecystectomy and 1 case after subtotal gastrectomy due to acute hemorrhage of duodenal ulcer. The diagnosis, treatment and prevention of extra- hepatic biliary tract injuries were discussed.
