摘要
应用明胶颗粒凝集试验和间接免疫萤光试验,测定南昌地区人群血清中人T细胞白血病病毒1型(HTLV--1)抗体。共712份,其中正常人432份,各类白血病人260份,各类淋巴瘤20份。发现2例阳性,1例成人T细胞淋巴瘤患者(滴度1:80),1例粒细胞白血病患者(滴度1:20),阳性率为0.28％。结果说明南昌地区有HTLV--1感染和传播。
Gelatin particle agglutination be(GPAT) and indirect immunofluorescence test (IIF) were used for assay of the antibody to HTLV--1(human Tcell leukemia /lymphoma virus type 1). Seven hun- dred and twelve sera samples in Nanchang city were detected,including 432 samples from normal subb- jects. 260 from patients with different types of leukemia and T--cell leukemia and 20 from patients with different types of lymphoma. The antibody was deteced in 1 case of adult T--cell malignant lymphoma (titer 1: 80) and in 1 case of acute granulocytic leukemia (titer 1: 20). The positive rate was 0.28% (2/712). This is the first report on HTLV--1 infection and transmission in Nanchang.
