23例(23眼)上皮植入性虹膜囊肿临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of 23 Cases (23 Eyes) of Epithelial Implanted Iris Cyst

报告23例(23眼)上皮植入性虹膜囊肿。青少年与青壮年多发,17例由外伤引起。囊肿均位于虹膜表面前房内。22例为浆液性囊肿,1例为实质性珍珠样囊肿。20眼为单囊肿,2眼为2个囊肿,1眼为多发性囊肿(5个)。视力在0.2以下者均有葡萄膜炎等并发症,激光治疗21眼,有5眼治愈;13眼好转;3眼无效。

Twenty three cases (23 eyes) of epithelial implanted iris cyst have been reported. It Was fre- quently seen in juvenile and middle aged, 17(17 eyes)of them Were caused by eye injuries. All the cysts Were in the anterior chamber on the surface of iris. 22 of them Were serous and 1 Was parenchymatous pearly cyst. 20 eyes had single cyst, 2 eyes had double cysts and 1 eye had multiple cysts (5 cysts). Eyes With vision lower than 0.2 were complicated With uveitis and other complica- tions. In 21 eyes treated by laser surgery, 5 Were cured, 13 improved and 3 ineffective.
