31例成人紫癜性肾炎临床表现与激素治疗观察

Therapeutic Effect of Corticosteroids on Purpuric Nephritis (A Clinical Analysis of 31 Cases)

本文报道31例成人紫癜性肾炎,首发症状均以皮肤紫癜为主。其中,25例肾炎出现于紫癜之后,肾脏受累症状出现时间为15.55±2.39d;6例肾炎症状出现在紫癜之前,平均为23.8d。并就该肾炎的临床表现及其激素治疗进行了观察和讨论。

Thirty one cases of adult Schoenlein-Henoch purpura complicated with nephritis were reported. The first symtom in most of them (25/31) was skin purpura. The time interval from purpura to nephritis averaged 15.55±2.39 days. The first attractive symptom in the other 6 patients was nephri- tis and followed by skin purpura. The time interval between the two clinical entities in the later averaged 23.8 d. The clinical manifestations of the bisease and therapautic effact of corticosteroids have deen observed and discussed.
