小儿输尿管异位开口的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Children with Ectopic Ureteral Orifice

女性小儿输尿管异位开口19例,年令为7月～13岁。其中13例异位开口在膀胱外,6例异位开口在膀胱颈。并就其诊断、外科治疗进行了初步介绍和讨论。

Nineteen cases of female children with ectopic ureteral orifice aged from 7 months to 13 years old were reported. 13 of them had ureteral orifice opened outside of the bledder; 6 opened into the neck of the bladder. Diagnosis and surgical treatment were introduced and discussed.
