解脲及人型支原体对9种药物体外敏感性的实验研究

摘要 本文用肉汤稀释法,进行10株解脲支原体和10株人型支原体临床株对盐酸四环素等9种药物的体外敏感性测定。结果表明,四环素类药物,特别是强力霉素对解脲支原体的体外抑制作用最强,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)范围为<0.06~4μg/ml,其次为氟嗪酸、环丙氟哌酸及罗氟酸、红霉素四种,它们的MIC范围为0.25~4μg/ml,乙酰螺旋霉对解脲支原体的活性较差,MIC50为8μg/ml。人型支原体对强力霉素及盐酸四环素最敏感,MIC为<0.06~0.5μg/ml,环丙氟哌酸、氟嗪酸及罗氟酸次之,MIC范围为<0.06~4μg/ml,乙酰螺旋霉素和美满霉素的MIC50分别为1μg/ml及2μg/ml,而解脲支原体及人型支原体对头孢拉啶不敏感,MIC>256μg/ml。 In vitro susceptibilities of 10 isolates of U.utealyticum and 10 iaolates of M.hominis to 9 drugs (tetracydine hydrochloride,minocycline hydrochloride,doxycycline,ofloxacin,dprofloxacin,lemefloxaclin,erythromycin,acetyl-apiramycin amd cephradine) were detoced by broth dilution method in this study.The results were as following In U.urealyticum,the activities of tetracyclines were the best,especially in doxycycline.Ranges of minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of tetracyclines were<0.06-4g/ml.The activities of ofloxadn,ciprcfl oracin,lemfloxmin and erythromycin were better.Ranges of MIC were 0.25-4g/ml.The activities of acetyl-spiramycin was poor.MIC50 was 8g/ml.In M.hominis,the activities of doxycycline and tetracydine hydrochloride were the best.Ranges of MICa were<0.06-0.5g/ml.The second were ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and lemefloxacin.Their MICs were<0.06-4g/ml.The MIC50 of accetyl-spiramycin and minocuycline hydrochloride were 1g/ml and 2g/ml respectively.U.urealyticum and M.hominis were resistant to cephradine,their MICs were>256g/ml
