摘要
考察了HJ 2 0 2气相防锈剂的溶解度、熔点、堆密度、实密度等物理化学性能 ,通过气相防锈甑别试验、气相防锈能力试验、封存试验评价了该气相防锈剂的作用性能 ,结果表明它是一种性能优良的对碳钢的阴极作用型气相防锈剂 ,对铜等有色金属也有一定的保护作用。采用密闭空间挥发减量试验考察了其气相挥发能力。介绍了HJ 2 0
The solubility, melt point and density of HJ 20 2 vapor phase inhibitor were measared. Its vapor corrosion inhibition property was evaluated under simulated operational conditions. The results showed that it was a good vapor corrosion inhibitor for steel, copper and aluminum. Various application methods of HJ 20 2 for anti corrosive protection of box shaped hatch covers and rudder blades of large ships were introduced.
