摘要
研究开发了工业生产流化床反应器流化高度的计算数学模型 ,并讨论了催化剂平均颗粒直径、催化剂储量、进气量、反应温度、反应压力对催化剂流化床层高度的影响。将该数学模型应用于工业丙烯氨氧化制丙烯腈的流化床反应器中 ,得到一些有价值的结果 。
A mathematic model is developed to calculate the height of an industrial fluid bed reactor. The factors affecting the height of the fluid bed are discussed, such as the average particle diameter,packing volume of the catalyst,the air input as well as reaction temperature and pressure, etc. The model has been used in a fluid bed reactor for industrial production of acrylonitrile and some reliable data have been obtained.
