摘要
研究比较了D_(310)硅钢片和A_3钢片表面Ni-P-Zn_3(PO_4)_2、Ni-P-ZnSnO_3和Ni-P-ZnSiO_3纳米复合化学镀层的外貌和性质。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察外貌;称重法测定厚度;通过10%NaCl溶液、1%H_2S气体加速腐蚀试验、10%CuSO_4溶液点滴试验、饱和KCl溶液循环伏安(CV)试验、抗粘性试验及抗高温氧化试验等多种手段测定其性能。结果表明:纳米复合化学镀层的性能优于镍-磷镀层和其它微米复合镀层。
The paper studied the properties and morphology of electroless composite coatings consisted of nanometer zinc tinate(zinc silicate, zinc phosphate) - nickel - phosphorus on the surfaces of D310 silicon - steel and A3 steel. The coating thickness and morphology were detected by weighting and scanning electron microscope(SEM) . The corrosion resistance was investigated by accelerated corrosion, cyclic voltammetry(CV) , high temperature oxidation and adhesiveness resistance tests. These studies showed that the properties of nanometer composite coatings are superior to pure steel specimen, nickel - phosphorus coating and micrometer composite coatings.
