摘要
用植物胶和二甲胺、甲醛进行的曼尼希(Mannich)反应,制得了一种阳离子絮凝剂,通过正交反应,得出最佳的反应温度为70℃,反应时间为3h。测试了产品的红外光谱和稳定性,处理一种活性污泥水透光率达到100%,COD值降到150mg/L,并与硫酸铝和三氯化铁的处理效果进行了比较。
By mannich reaction, a sort of natural modified cationic flocculant was attained. The best reaction temperature is 70℃ , reaction time is 3 h. Infrared spectrum and stability were tested. The transmittance of treated activated sluge water reached 100% and COD was reduced to 150 mg/L. Also its treatment effect was compared with aluminum sulfate's and ferric chloride' s.
