摘要
提出了采用流化床电解法处理含铜废水 ,对处理装置的性能进行了研究 ,确定处理含铜废水的最佳电解参数为电流密度 0 .5~ 1.2A·dm- 2 ,电流效率 80 %以上 ,其技术指标为铜回收率 99% ,电耗 5~ 6kWh·kg- 1 。实验表明 ,该装置处理含铜废水效果良好 。
The article researched the treatment of waste water containing copper by fluidized bed electrolysis, obtained optimum electrolytic parameters that electricity density was 0.5~0.1 A·dm -2 ,electricity efficiency was over 80 %. The technique index reached 99 % of reclaim rate and 5~6 kWh·kg -1 of electric consumption. The test result showed that it could treat waste water containing copper well and recover metal copper.
