This paper introduced the importance of dechlorination from fresh brine and flow diagram .Analyzed the problems how to pay attention to dechlorination from fresh brine .Three technique improved methods were adopted .Every index of fresh brine coincided the processing standard .The productive cost and the energy consumptions were decreased.
