A graft reaction of Maleic Anhydride with polypropylene was taken place in the presence of the solvent. The grafting ratio of the reaction product increases with increasing the reaction temperature, the content of MA and the concentration of the initiator, the molecular weight decreases when the concentration of the initiator increases. The reaction product was characterized by means of IR and DSC.
