摘要
以含氢硅油、烯基环氧化合物和烯基聚醚为原料 ,在铂催化剂存在下 ,通过硅氢加成反应 ,制成了聚醚 /环氧硅油 ;所得产物再与有机胺反应 ,制得了聚醚 /氨基硅油。研究了含氢硅油粘度、聚醚 /氨基硅油的氨基结构、硅质量分数、pH值以及残留Si—H基对聚醚 /氨基硅油性能的影响。结果表明 ,与聚醚 /环氧硅油柔软剂CGF相比 ,硅质量分数为 2 5 95 %、粘度大于 1 0 0 0 0mPa·s的哌嗪基聚醚硅油能赋予织物更好的柔软、平滑手感及白度 ,织物静态吸湿性为 1″81。
s:Polyether/epoxy-modified polysiloxane was prepa red by the hydrosilation of silicone fluid containing hydrogen with epoxide containing vinyl group and polyether containing vinyl group at Pt-catalyst.And polyether/amino-modified polysiloxane was prepared by the reaction of polyether/epoxy-modified polysiloxane with organ-amines.The effects of viscosity of silicone fluid containing hydrogen and amino structure,silicon content,pH,as well as Si—H bonds residuary in polysiloxane backbone on PEAS performance were studied.The results showed that compared with polyether/epoxy-modified silicone CGF the polysiloxane containing piperazinal and polyether could impart better softness,smoothness,as well as whiteness to fabrics when the silicon content is 2595% and the viscosity is above 10 000 mPa·s,with the rewettiability of fabrics finish ed with PEAS being 1″81.
