氨基改性聚硅氧烷及其微乳液的研制 被引量:19

摘要 分别采用本体聚合法和乳液聚合法制备了氨基改性聚硅氧烷及其微乳液 ,讨论了影响聚合反应及其微乳液的各种因素。结果表明 ,以八甲基环四硅氧烷、封头剂六甲基二硅氧烷、N -β-氨乙基 -γ -氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料 ,KOH为催化剂 ,采用本体聚合法合成氨基改性聚硅氧烷的较佳工艺条件为反应温度 1 2 5~ 1 3 5℃ ,反应时间 3~ 5h ,催化剂用量为 4 0× 1 0 -6~ 80× 1 0 -6;将其制成微乳液的乳化工艺为以 2种HLB值不同的非离子型表面活性剂复配成乳化剂 ,搅拌速度 80~ 1 0 0r/min ,温度 3 0~ 60℃。在乳液聚合法中 ,采用有机硅环体先预乳化、再滴加到反应釜中的工艺 ,乳化剂由二种阳离子表面活性剂和二种非离子表面活性剂复配而成。两种方法制成的氨基改性聚硅氧烷微乳液性能都优异 。 s:The amino-modified polyorganosiloxane and its microemulsi on were prepared by means of bulk and emulsion polymerization.The factors affecting on the polymerization and the property of the products were discussed.The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions were reaction temperature 125~135 ℃,reaction time 3~5 h and 40×10 -6~80×10 -6 KOH in the preparation of amino-modified polyorganosiloxane from octamethylcyclotetrasilane,hexamethyldisiloxane and N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropylm ethyldimethoxysilane by means of bulk polymerization.And the microemulsifying te chnique of amino-modified polyorganosiloxane was the agitator speed at 80~100 r/min,temperature 30~60 ℃ at the emulsifying agent compounding with two non- ion type surfactants with different HLB value.In the emulsion polymerization the silicone monomer was pre-emulsified and added to reactor,and the emulsifying a gent was a compound of two non-ion type surfactants and two cation type surfact ants.The amino-modified polyorganosiloxane microemulsions prepared by the two p rocesses had excellent performance,and could impart better handle and softness t o textile when applied to the after-treatment of fabric.
