This paper discusses the interrelation and basic connotation of the eight principles of quality management,which are hasic guiding principles must be implied when advancing quality management and implementing ISO9000:2000 series standards in enterprise.In the meanwhile,it further put forward a new thought of integrated management of enterprise.
