摘要
研究了以氯化钾和磷酸为原料 ,溶剂萃取法制备磷酸二氢钾的工艺。考察了萃取剂种类、相比、反应时间、温度及循环次数等对萃取法制备磷酸二氢钾工艺的影响 ,确定了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明 ,由三辛胺—环己烷—异戊醇 (体积比 2 :4:1 )组成的混合萃取剂 ,具有在常温下对盐酸选择萃取率高、分相时间短、循环次数多、萃取体系稳定、产品纯度高。
The study on preparation of potassium dihydrogen phosphate from potassium chloride and phosphate acid by extraction method was carried out. The results indicated that trioctylamine-cychchohexane-isopentol alcohol(volume proportion 2:4:1) extraction system is characterized by high selective extraction to hydrochloric acid, easy to separate organic-aqueous phases and high repeatable capacity.
