程潮铁矿选矿厂铜硫浮选流程技术改造评析

Review On the Technical Transformation of the Copper and Sulfur Flotation Flowsheet of Chengchao Iron Concentrator

程潮铁矿选矿厂铜、硫浮选流程为先混合浮选、后分离浮选工艺流程。由于浮选原矿中含铜仅0 0 6%～ 0 0 8% ,给铜、硫回收带来一定困难。通过对流程进行技术改造 ,使流程和设备适应了矿石性质 ,取得了较好的效果。

The copper and sulfur flotation flowsheet of Chengchao Iron Concentrator consists of bulk flotation followed by the separation flotation of copper from sulfur.The low copper content of only 0.06%～0.08% in the raw ore has brought difficulties in the copper and sulfur recovery.Therefore,technical transformation was made on the flowsheet and the transformed flowsheet and equipment suit better to the ore properties and has achieved better results.
