摘要
近年来随着水力采煤用电成本增加 ,多数中小型矿井生产效益急剧恶化 ,在此背景下 ,降低成本成了维持这些水采矿井技术生命的前提。为探索一种可行的途径 ,本文通过对其它行业中较为先进的“高效射流技术”的分析 ,阐述了高压大流量脉冲射流在小型水采系统中使用 ,可以大幅度提高落煤效率、明显降低落煤成本、减小系统投资 。
In recent years with the increasing of power cost of the hydraulic mining method,productive benefit of most medium and small sized mines worsened rapidly.Thus,lowering cost is the prerequisite of maintaing the technical life of these hydraulicmines.Following an analysis of the advanced'high efficient jet technology'used in other sectors,the paper holds that the use of high pressure large diameter jet and pulsed jet in small scale hydromining system can raise the coal breaking efficiency drastically,lower the cost and the system investment,so it is a feasible mode to solve the above problems.
