摘要
对采用过桥齿轮机构传动的对辊式成型机 ,球窝同步调节的理论计算公式进行了推导 ,并以 GDT- 1型高强度多粒级工业型煤机参数为例 ,对其调节精度和提高精度的途径进行计算和分析。本文对工业型煤机的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Deviation is made in the paper of the theoretical calculation formula of synchronization regulation of ball socket of roller briquetting machine driven by bridge gap gearmotor. Taking the GDT 1 high strength mutiple size industrial briquette parameters as an example, calculation and analysis is made of the regulating presion and the method for enhancing the precision. This paper will be of some value in design of industrial briquette.
