摘要
以斜井单绳缠绕式提升机为研究对象,从动态方面来分析斜井提升钢丝绳断裂的原因和安全系数的大小,得出安全系数在加速、等速、减速、紧急制动状态下的变化规律,与我国《煤矿安全规程》的要求进行比较,指出目前国内选择和使用斜井提升钢丝绳在安全系数方面存在的问题和解决办法。
Takes inclined shaft single -rope wrapped hoister as object of study,analyses the cause of breaking of inclined shaft hoisting wire ropes and safety factors,obtains the change laws of safety factors in states of accelerating,constant speeding,decelerating and emergency braking.Compares to the requirements by 'Safety Regulations in Coal Mine' in China and points out the problems and corresponding solutions existed in safety factor aspect when inclined shaft hoisting wire ropes are chosen and used.
