摘要 介绍用MCS96系列的8098单片机构成的智能化矿用隔爆小型真空磁力起动器保护系统以及各部分功能实现的原理 ,作为煤矿井下供电系统最末端的用电开关具备这些功能后 ,其保护的线路范围和被保护的设备 ,可以安全运行。特别是新增加的断相闭锁 ,彻底解决了因送电前的断相、送电后的电火花问题 ,避免引发煤尘、瓦斯爆炸事故。该系统经实验室模拟试验 ,各项指标均达到了设计要求 。 The protective system of small intelligent flameproof vacuum gate-end box which is composed of 8098 monolithic processor of MCS96 series as well as the principle of realizing the functions of all parts are introduced. As the end switch of power distribution system for underground coal mine, the system is able to safely operate its protected lines and devices once is provided with these functions. Particularly, the new added open-phase blocking function thoroughly settles the problems such as the loss of phase before power supply or the electrospark after power supply, thus avoiding to cause dust or gas explosion accidents. The system has been proofed through the lab scale-down test that all its indexes satisfy the demands of design and achieve good results.
