儿童长期服用抗癫痫药物与钙、磷代谢紊乱

摘要
在40例长期服用抗癫痫药物治疗的癫痫患儿中,测定血清钙、磷及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,与29例非神经系统疾病儿童比较。发现血清钙降低率为35%,血清AKP 升高率为55%,血清磷无显著改变(P>0.05)。血清钙水平与患儿年龄成反比,提示患儿年龄越小,对抗癫痫药物的反应越敏感。
