摘要
详细地介绍了工业过程中常用的加热设备———网带式加热炉的温度变化情况及用微型计算机控制网带式加热炉温度的设计过程 .该系统采用了PID加自校正模糊控制器 ,实现了 6个温区的温差自补偿 ,克服了各温区温度的相互扰动和耦合 ,温度在 40 0~ 110 0℃连续可调 .本系统经过 2年的实际应用 ,其控制效果优于传统的PID控制器 .图 5 ,表 3 ,参6 .
The web strip heating furnace is a general heating equipment in industry process.Circumstances of the temperature variation and the design process of controlling the web strip heating furnace with computer are introduced in detail in this paper. By utilizing the PID+self tuning fuzzy controller,the self tuning of the temperatures within the six temperature sections is realized. The mutual interruption and coupling of the temperatures are overcomed accordingly, and the temperature can be adjusted continually between 400 ℃ and 1 100 ℃. This fuzzy controller has been put in use for 2 years, and the controlling effect proves to be better than the traditional PID controller. 5figs., 3tabs., 6refs.
