高耐热ABS的研究

Study on high heat-resistance type of ABS

利用分子模拟技术 ,建立了PBL胶乳、SAN、ABS粉料和ABS树脂模型 ,利用这些模型在计算机上进行了高耐热ABS树脂的研究 ,并通过实验进行了验证。结果表明 ,中国石油吉林石化公司研究院开发的高耐热ABS树脂性能类似日本JSR公司的ABS4 7、XT0 3和美国GE公司的X -3

In this paper ,first using the Cerius2,software ,t he molecular models of PBL latex,SAN resin,ABS powder and ABS resin were built. Then high heat-resistance type ABS was studied on the computer,and the results of the experiment on the computer was compared with the experiment.The result sh owed that the property of the high heat-resistance type ABS studied by us is s imilar to the high heat-resistance product such as ABS47?XT03 and X-37.
