以我国储量丰富、质量优异的白云岩为原料 ,运用粉体技术和表面处理技术制备白云岩橡塑填料系列新产品。该产品具有质优、价廉、分散性好等特点 ,并通过在三角带底胶、普通橡胶圈及输水全胶管等橡胶制品中的应用实例及性能测试、在聚丙烯和热塑性弹性体等塑料制品中的应用实例及性能测试 。

This paper introduces a method that takes dolom ite rock with abundant r eserve in our country and good quality as primary material to prepare series pro ducts of rubber and plastics filler by using powder technology and surface treat ment technology.The products have some characteristics such as good quality,low p rice and easy dispersion.The examples and performance test data of active rubber and plastics filler from dolomite used in rubber products such as triangle belt base rubber,ordinary rubber belt and rubber water pipeline,etc.and plastics pro ducts such as polypropylene and thermoplastics show that rubber and plastics fil ler from dolomite is a new filler that can completely replace light calcium carb onate.
