醋柳黄酮与依那普利治疗高血压的临床对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨醋柳黄酮对高血压病的疗效及其对血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法 71例轻、中度原发性高血压患者分两组 :醋柳黄酮组 ( 37例 )和依那普利组 ( 34例 ) ,分别进行为期 4周的单药治疗 ,观察其降压效果及对血酯、一氧化氮、内皮素的影响。结果 1醋柳黄酮组患者的血压下降 ( 11.2± 4.77/7.2± 3.0 ) mm Hg,依那普利组患者的血压下降 ( 13.5± 5 .9/8.1± 4.4) mm Hg,两组之间比较无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,但前者的降压效果明显迟于后者 ;2两组治疗前后的血浆内皮素均有明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组间比较无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;3两组治疗前后的血浆一氧化氮均有明显升高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组间比较差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;4醋柳黄酮组的L DL略下降 ,而 HDL略有升高 ,但与治疗前无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论醋柳黄酮能缓和降压 ,同时改善内皮细胞的功能。 Objective To study the effect of total flavones of hippophae rhamnoides L(TFH) on essential hypertension(EH) and vascular endothelial cell function. Methods 71 cases with mild and moderate essential hypertension were divided into TFH group(n=37) and enalprol (ENA)group(n=34). Blood pressure, blood lipid, nitric oxide(NO), and endothelin(ET) were observed during 4 weeks single medicine treatment.Results ①Blood pressure in the TFH group and ENA group was decreased by (11.2±77/7.2±3.0) mm Hg and (13.5±5.9/8.1±4.4) mm Hg, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). ②Plasma endothelin in the two groups was remarkably decreased after treatment(P<0.05), with no significant difference(P>0.05).③ NO in the two groups was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05), with significant difference(P<0.05).④LDL was slightly decreased while HDL was slightly increased in TFL group, compared with that before treatment, which was not significantly different(P>0.05). Conclusion TFL can reduce blood pressure and improve endothelial cell function.
