226例自然流产者细胞遗传学分析

Cytogenetics analysis of 226 cases of spontaneous abortion-Attached 2 idiogram of the first reported in the world.

染色体异常流产的一个重要原因 ,我们 1997年 11月至 1999年 9月对 2 2 6例 (含 111对夫妇 )自然流产者进行了外周血染色体分析 ,结果检出异常核型 10例 ,异常率 4 4 2 % ,异常核型以平衡易位最多 ,有 9例 (相互易位 6例 ,非同源罗氏易位 3例 ) ,占异常核型的 90 %。X长臂中间缺失 1例 ,占 10 % ,其中 1例 4 6,XY ,t( 1;7) (q2 2 ;q2 2 ) ,1例 4 6,XY ,t( 4 ;8) (q12 ;p2 1)。经鉴定为世界首报核型。

Ojective:Spontaneous abortion is obstetrical common aliment.The cause of disease is very complex.With the development of cytogentics technology,we found chromosome abnormality is the important reason of spontaneous abortion.We analysed chromosome in peripheral blood of 226 cases(included 111 husbands and wives)spontaneous abortion during November 1997 to September 1999.The result showed there were 10 cases of abnormal idiogram,the rale is 4.42 percent.There were 9 cases of balanced translocation(6 cases of reciprocal translocation,3 cases of antihomogenous Luo's translocation).The rate is 90 percent among abnormal idiogram.There was 1 case of x long arm intercalary deletion,the rate is 10 percent.One case 46,XY,t(1;7)(q22;q22),and one case 46,XY,t(4;8)(q12;p21)were the first reported idiogram by identified.Prompt:Chromosome detection has important significance to husband and wive of spontaneous abortion,It can direct fertility and improve the population's fibre.
