摘要
目的 了解广东高职教职工心理健康状况。方法 采用心理症状自评量表 SCL-90 ,对广东某高职 1 97名教职工进行调查。结果 高职教职工男性中 4 0~ 5 5年龄段心理健康水平略低于全国成人正常水平 ,其中躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分高于成人常模 ,来源按重要性排序 ;社会环境因素、学校因素、个人因素、家庭因素 ,在社会环境因素和学校因素两个变量上年龄差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 高职教职工心理问题来源主要为社会环境和学校因素。学校卫生工作者应提出相应措施帮助教职工缓解心理冲突 。
Objective To investigate the mental health state of the teaching staff in a college.Method About 197 teaching staff were surveyed by using SCL-90 in a college in Guangdong.Results The Psychological health level of the male staff ranging from 40~55 years old is lower than the national norm for adults,among the all factors,the scores of somatication,obsessive-compulsive,worry,horror,paranoid ideation and psychopathic factors are higher than the national norm for adults,The factors order is according to their importance:social environment,school,individual and family.The age differentiation in two variables(social environment and school factors)is significant(P<0.01).Conclusion the psychological problems mainly come from the factors of social environment and school.The school health workers should take measures to adjust the their psychological conflict and cut down the various physical and mentol diseases resulted.
