焦作市7～12岁儿童感觉统合失调的调查报告

Investigation Report of the Synthetical Imbalance of Sensation Among the Children from 7 to 12 Years Old in Jiaozuo

目的 调查 7～ 1 2岁儿童感觉统合失调的失调率及其分布 ,为探讨感觉统合失调的病因及影响因素 ,促进我市儿童身心健康水平提高。方法 采用流行病学整群随机抽样的方法 ,以感觉统合评定量表调查焦作市城区有代表性的小学 1～6年级儿童。结果 1 81 1名 7～ 1 2岁儿童轻度感觉统合失调率为 2 8.6% ,重度感觉统合失调率为 1 1 .3% ,轻、重度感觉统合失调率为 39.9%。男孩的感觉统合失调率为 2 0 .3% ,其中前庭和大脑分化失常及发育期运用障碍失调率明显高于女孩 ;女孩感觉统合失调率为 1 9.7% ,其中视觉空间和形态知觉缺损明显高于男孩 ;其余项目无明显差异。在行为问题儿童中有69.1 %伴有轻度和 30 .6%伴有重度感觉统合失调 ,明显高于非行为问题儿童中的 2 4 .1 %和 9.0 %。感觉统合失调与父母受教育水平、家庭关系、父母对子女的期望等原因有密切关系。结论 感觉统合是值得重视的儿童发育问题 ,提早干预 。

Objective The investigations are made into the rate of the synthetical imbalance of sensation and its distribution to explore the cause and the influencing factors to help to promote healthy development of children.Method The method of random sampling,which is the present situation of the epidemilogy to study the whole,is adopted,and it is based on the evaluation table of the synthetical sensation to investigate the representative children,which are in the promary schools from 1 to 6 grades in the city.Result There are 1811 children from 7 to 12 years old.The rate of slight synthetical imbalance of sensation among them is 28.6%.Among them who have the serious synthetical imbalance of sensation is 11.3%,others in slight-serious is 39.9%.The rate among the boys is 20.3%,the imbalance rate that in the disorder differentiation and the application during the period of the growth of the vestibule and cerebrum is much more than the girlss.The girls synthetical imbalance of sensation is 19.7%.Their loss of the visual sense and the shape consciousness is much greater than the boys.There are no obvious difference in other items.There is obvious difference between the children who have problems of behavior and those who have no problems of behavior.For example,69.1% of those children with behavior problems suffer from slight imbalance of sensation and 30.6% from a serious one,which obviously higher than the corresponding figures respectively 24.1% and 9.0% of those with no behavior problems.It is closely related to the education of their parents,and their families and the expectation of their parents to them.Conclusion The synthetical imbalance of sensation is worth paying attention to during the perild of the grouwth of the children.If we intervene it in advance.We will get better the function of the synthetical sensation and raise the childrens psychological quality.
