摘要
目的 :探讨尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄的临床疗效。方法 :采用直视下尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄 2 8例 ,至少维持 6个月。结果 :1次手术成功 2 0例 ,二次成功 6例。一次成功率 71% ,两次成功率 93%。结论 :尿道内切开术是治疗尿道狭窄的首选方法 ,安全、方便、可重复、并发症少、住院时间短。术中尽量去除瘢痕、保护正常组织 ,术后预防感染。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of direct vision internal urethrotomy as treatment of male urethral strictures.Method:28 men with proved urethral strictures were perfomed internal urethrotomy.Follow up was scheduled at least 6 months.Results:The success rate was 71% (20 of 28 patients)after a single urethrotomy.After a second urethrotomy for stricture recurrence the stricture-free rate was 93%(26 of 28 patients).And 2 of 28 ultimately required open urethroplasty and did well.Conclusions:Direct vision internal urethrotomy,which is an useful and safer method,is the optimal option for managemnt of male urehtral strictures.It is very important to excise completely scar tissue and protect normal tissue in the operation and avoid infection and new injury of the urethral after the operation.
