介绍青狮潭水库水文自动测报卫星系统和洪水调度系统的结构设计及系统功能 ,通过近两年的运行管理考核和效益分析 ,认为两大系统为水库工程安全运行和桂林市防洪减灾提供了更科学的依据 ,进一步提高了水库防汛现代化管理水平 ,最大限度发挥了水库的综合效益。

The structure design and system function of the hydrologic automatic metering_reporting system and flood dispatching system of the Qingshitan reservoir were introduced here. The reservoir operation management test and benefit analysis proved that the two systems supply scientific base for the reservoir safe operation and Guilin city flood proofing and disaster reducing, raised the reservoir flood proofing modernization management standard and made the reservoir comprehensive benefit well.
