Practice and realizing of supervision to the Kangxiling sea dykes project construction

1999年对钦州市康熙岭镇 10 .4 8km海堤进行标准化加固建设 ,投资大 ,堤围长 ,周期短 ,因而实施工程监理就显得特别重要。在监理过程中 ,完善了各项制度 ,强化质量监督 ,强化工期目标管理 ,合理控制投资 ,积极采纳有利于工程建设的各项措施 ,加强施工协调 ,从而很好地履行监理的职责 ,保证了工程建设的顺利进展。

The 10.48km sea dykes project was strengthened and constructed in Kangxiling town of Qinzhou city 1999. Fulfilling construction supervision was very important because of its enormous invest, longer dykes and shorter work_term. By perfecting all the rules, strengthening quality supervision and work term target management, controlling rationally investment and strengthening construction coordination, the supervision duty was fulfilling well and the project construction was guaranteed smoothly.
