摘要
根据液压挖掘机工作装置结构的对称性 ,利用数学中的解析方法 ,将工作装置分成三角形和直线两种基本单元 ,从而建立起数学模型 ,分析了液压挖掘机工作装置的运动特性 使用VisualC ++语言 ,采用Windows为平台 ,在动臂工作范围内 ,动态显示工作装置的举升、下降、平移、铲斗自放平等作业过程及铲斗铲掘、收斗、运输、卸料等特定的作业工况 ,完成了液压挖掘机工作装置的运动仿真过程 。
According to the symmetry of structure in the operating me chanism of hydraulic shovel and adopting analytic methods by which the operating mechanism is divided into two basic units--triangle and straight-line,the mat hematical model is established and the kinematic principle is analyzed.By using Visual C++ and adopting windows as platform,hoisting,falling,shifting,automatic setting level of dipper,as well as the given working condition including excavat ing,transporting and unloading are dynamically displayed,so the process of dynam ic simulating is completed.Finally,the validity of dynamic simulating results is verified with a practical example.
