以管理信息系统为背景 ,在分析企业管理中会签文件处理的流程特点 ,以及人工方式会签文件存在缺点的基础上 ,提出了利用计算机解决的方案 利用计算机将用户需要会签的文件汇集到一起 ,实现文件的会签 ,使得会签工作流程得到了有效的管理和控制 模块主体采用DLL方式实现 。

Taking management information system(MIS) as a backgroun d, and based on analyzing the flow features of treatment of document countersign an d disadvantages existing in the manual works of document countersign for enterpr ise management,a computer aided method is proposed.By concentrating the document s that are to be countersigned by computer to realize instant document countersi gn,the countersign programming is effectively managed and controlled.A DLL metho d is adopted for the main module;it may be commonly used.
