摘要
以往在消力池或水垫塘底板的稳定性设计中 ,很少注意板块上脉动荷载的作用。近年来 ,由大多数底板块失事工程事故分析表明 ,脉动压力在底板块的破坏过程中是一个不可忽视的要素 ,有些工程甚至起决定作用。因此 ,板块的稳定性设计必须考虑脉动荷载的作用 ,特别是对于中、高水头工程。为此 ,对考虑脉动荷载的板块稳定性设计方法进行了详细的分析 ,提出了不同工况下的计算公式 ,并对增强板块稳定性的各种必要措施进行了讨论 ,以望供设计部门参考。
In the stability design of the bottom slab of stilling basin or water cushion pool for a long time past, a little attention was paid to the pulse load on the slab. In recent years, it is found that most bottom slab failures were caused by the tear out of slab. Therefore, in the stability design of slab, it is not proper that no consideration is paid to the pulse pressure in the design standards, especially for the protection design of the slab of discharge structure with high water head. The stability design of slab can be got by the force analysis under the worse operation conditions. When watertight seal is good and stilling basin or water cushion pool is under the normal operation conditions, it is suitable to use the anchorage rod of ф19 25 mm, with the spacing of 1 2 m and the length of 2 3 m. When watertight seal is damaged and stilling basin or water cushion pool is under the normal operation conditions, the amount of anchorage rod can be got in accordance with the equations given in this paper.
