摘要
在电网事故、自然灾害或其他原因等情况下 ,造成电厂全部外来厂用电源消失 ,且短时间内无法恢复供电 ,为保护电厂的安全和恢复生产 ,实行自救 ,利用仅有的直流系统启动监控专门程序使机组发电从而恢复厂用电的供电 ,进而恢复厂用设备的运行 ,称为机组黑起动。当电网因故障而停运后 ,通过电网内具有自起动能力的机组起动 ,而恢复电网正常运行 ,则称为电网黑起动。十三陵蓄能电厂的设计具有机组黑起动的功能 ,在 1998、1999和2 0 0 0年进行的机组和电网黑起动试验均取得圆满的成功。黑起动问题的研究在我国还处于起步阶段 ,十三陵蓄能电厂进行的黑起动试验在我国是首例成功的试验 。
Due to the failure of power network, natural disaster, or other factors, the station-service power source from the outside plant would be disappeared and could not be regained in a short time. In order to protect the safety of the power plant and resume the production, the only direct-current system is used to start special control program to make the generating unit put into operation and then resume the station-service power supply and the operation of the station-service equipment, called as the black starting-up of generating unit. When the power network stop its operation due to failure, it is started up by some generating units with the self-start capability so that the power network could resume it normal operation, called as the black starting-up of power network. The Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Plant is designed with the function of black starting-up. The tests on the black starting-up of the generating unit and the power network all were successful in 1998, 1999 and 2000. The study on the black starting-up is on the preliminary stage in China. The successful test on black starting-up in the Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Plant is the first one in our country so that it has good reference value.
