人参、三七提取物与牛磺酸对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤中ET、CGRP影响的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨人参、三七提取物与牛磺酸配伍防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤 (MIRI)的作用机理。方法 :雄性比利时兔 18只 ,随机分为对照组 (生理盐水组 )与治疗组 (益气活血解毒组 )各 9只 ,均于同等条件下口服给药 7d。结扎冠脉造成MIRI模型 ,术中动态监测心电 ;分别在服药前 (T1)、冠状动脉结扎 10min(T2 )、再灌注 10min(T3)取血 ,抗凝 ,测定血清内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)含量。结果 :治疗组与对照组比较 ,可显著降低ET、ET CGRP水平 ,CGRP水平有升高趋势。结论 :人参提取物、三七提取物、牛磺酸对MIRI有良好的保护作用 。 Objective:To probe into the mechanism of Panax ginseng and Panax notoginseng extraciton plus Taurine in preventing the occurrence of Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Injury(MIRI).Methods:18 male rabbits were randomly divided into control group and treated group(9 in each group),given drugs orally under the same condition for 7 days.We made the MIRI model by ligating coronary artery.Blood samples were taken before given drugs(T 1),10 minutes after ligation(T 2),10 minutes after reperfusion(T 3),ECG were observed during the operation.The content of serum Endothelin(ET)and Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)were determined.Results:Compared with the control group,the treated group could significantly reduce the level of ET and ET/CGRP,increase the content of CGRP.Conclusion:Panax ginseng and Panax notoginseng extraction plus Taurine could effectively protect against MIRI,and one of its mechanism was by reducing serum ET content and increase serum CGRP level.
