摘要
目的 :观察复方丹参注射液及苯那普利对梗阻性肾病大鼠的保护作用。方法 :采用单侧输尿管结扎的方法制备间质性肾炎模型 ,分别投以复方丹参注射液及苯那普利 ,检测肾组织中一氧化氮含量及一氧化氮合酶的免疫组织化学表达。结果 :复方丹参注射液组大鼠肾组织中一氧化氮含量为 14 80± 2 66μmol mg蛋白 ,较病理组 9 82± 1 66μmol mg明显增加 ,P =0 0 0 1,苯那普利组为 14 73± 2 82 μmol mg ,两者合用组为 13 97± 2 4 0 μmol mg ,与病理组相比P =0 0 0 2及 0 0 0 1均有显著性差别。肾组织中一氧化氮合酶 (内皮型 )表达亦有相似结果且以肾皮质表达较为理想。结论 :复方丹参注射液及苯那普利能有效提高梗阻性大鼠肾组织中一氧化氮含量 ,增强内皮型一氧化氮合酶在肾皮质的表达以改善肾内血液循环。
Objective:to further clarify the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection and benazepril in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO).Methods:Study interstitial nephrology in rats with UUO.traeated it with salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection and benazepril,nitric oxide(NO)in renal tissues have been measured.the expression of constructive nitric oxide synthase(cNOS)was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:in group of salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection NO(14\^8±2\^66μmol/mg protein)was higher significantly than UUO group(9\^82±1\^66μmol/mg), P =0\^001,the benazepril group(14\^73±2\^83μmol/mg)and benazepril plus salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection group(13\^97±2\^40μmol/mg)also increased to UUO group. P =0\^002 and 0\^001.expression of cNOS showed same result in renal cortex.Conclusion:salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection and benazepril may have the effects to increase NO and cNOS in renal tissues of rat with UUO.
