中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎

A clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of combined therapy with western and chinese medicine on allergic rhinitis

目的 评价微波配合中药治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 ９８例常年性变应性鼻炎分为对照组（４５例）和治疗组（５３例），对照组以徽波治疗后配合抗过敏西药，治疗组以微波治疗后配合中药内服。治疗２月后观察喷嚏、清涕、鼻痒等症状改善情况。结果 治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组，且疗效稳定。结论 微波加中药内服的中西医结合治疗对变应性鼻炎有显著的疗效，且起效快、疗效稳定而持久。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of a therapy combined mi- crowave with Chinese herbs on pernnial allergic rhinitis (PAR). Methods 98 cases with PAR were divided into 2 groups, with 53 cases in group I (treating group) and 45 cases in group Ⅱ (controlling group). Group I was treated with Chinese herbs orally taking following local treat- ment by microwave, and group Ⅱ treated with antiallergic agents following microwave treatment taken locally. These symptoms, like sneezing, thin nasal secretion and rhinocnesinus, were eval- uated 2 months following the therapy. Results The symptoms were significantly improved in .treating group. Conclusion The combined microwave therapy with Chinese medicine was supe- rior to that with antiallergic agents.
